Return Authorization Request:
Please read this entire email before sending any part back for return or exchange.
All returns require a RMA form.
All returns are inspected by a technician. If the part has been installed you will not be issued a refund. If a part is installed and it is defective please see our warranty policy below. All returns must be done with in 30 days of purchase. If you are beyond the 30 days you will need to call in and see if a return can still take place. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25 percent. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to send back parts in their original packaging with all of their original paperwork.
If a part was incorrectly ordered then you will need to call and place an order for the correct part. You will need to use the RMA form to mail back the incorrect part back to us.
Exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to send the incorrect part back with the RMA form. Since you have already purchased a new part we will waive the restocking fee and issue a credit for the amount of the part. No Shipping and Handling Or Insurance will be refunded back.
Most warranties do NOT require a defective part to be sent back. You will need to call us with your order number so we can determine if we will need the part back. All warranties require the following information:

- Damaged Packages:
If your part was damaged during transit you will need to call our Shipping Department at 773-278-1300 and ask for a Shipping Manager.
Please use our RMA system on our website to create an RMA number so you can send back the return.
