Refundable Deposit (Core Refund) Information

The item you are purchasing has a deposit due at checkout. This is completely refundable when you return your "core" or "old part" back
to us.
Here's how it works:

  1. Order the new part from our website.
  2. Print out your order confirmation along with our Core Return Form located on our website. Please include both with your core return.
    Download Core Fee Return Form
  3. Mail the item back to our Chicago branch at this address: Midwest Appliance Parts 2023 W Fullerton Ave Chicago IL 60647.
  4. We will refund your credit card for the amount shown on your original invoice.

Oversize and Heavy Item Shipping Fee

The item you are purchasing is either packaged in a very large box or is very heavy. These items tend to require special shipping and handling.
Here's how it works:

Order the new part from our website and pay for this shipping fee.

For large items such as washer tubs, and baskets, we may use a freight company to deliver the item to you. We will contact you with more information on such orders especially to schedule a delivery with the freight company. Very rarely do we ship these items with UPS or Fedex because they have size limitations on what the drivers can carry. Please pay close attention to your tracking # provided at the time of shipping.

For HEAVY items such as compressors and motors, we may use a freight company to deliver the item to you. We will contact you with more information on such orders especially to schedule a delivery with the freight company. Very rarely do we ship these items with UPS or Fedex because they have weight limitations on what the drivers can carry. Please pay close attention to your tracking # provided at the time of shipping.
