Curbside, “in store”, retail customers and service companies:

· We are offering curbside pickup for all retail customers and service companies.

· Simply call our parts specialists prior to arriving to make sure your item is available and can be placed into will call.

· Our brick and mortar store is located at 2023 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago IL 60647.

· For CURBSIDE pickup, please remain in your vehicle and call us at 773-278-1300 and we will bring out your order. Contactless pickup is our goal so if you can open your trunk we will place your order inside your trunk.

· Due to COVID-19 we always suggest you call to check for inventory. Inventory can be checked manually by any phone support staff, both for in store and warehouses around the country.

Online Orders at MidwestApplianceParts.com:

· Currently we are also actively accepting and shipping online orders.

· There are some delays on shipping orders. Normally orders ship within 24-48 hours for free shipping orders.

· Some orders are taking up to 72 hours to ship or longer. Please call our team at 773-278-1300 to receive a better eta.

· All orders that have expedited shipping including but not limited to USPS Priority, USPS First Class Mail, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Ground, Fedex Overnight, Fedex 2 Day air, Fedex Ground have NO GUARANTEES from the carriers at this time due to COVID-19. · Additionally, USPS has been experiencing delays on random orders. We suggest you upgrade shipping because often times “free shipping” on our website uses USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, which both have been experiencing delays. UPS and Fedex have been more “on time” than USPS, so we suggest you upgrade to those carriers.

· If an item is discontinued or you are having a difficult time finding it, please call our team to make sure we have it, inventory is only updated once every 24 hours online.
